This Privacy Policy explains how Agents AI ("we", "the Platform", "the Service") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website and services.

2. Data we collect
2.1. Account and authentication data
- First and last name (if you provide them).
- Email address.
- Hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Login data from external identity providers, including public information associated with the public_profile permission from Facebook/Meta (for example, name and profile picture).
2.2. Platform usage data
- Data about your AI agents: name, model configuration, system prompts and parameters.
- Messages and conversations with the agents, both in the web interface and through integrations (for example, WhatsApp).
- Files and documents you upload to the knowledge base (file name, size, type, indexed content and metadata).
- Technical and usage information: logs, approximate IP address, browser type, language, session identifiers and events required for observability and security.
2.3. Data from external integrations
Twilio / WhatsApp
- WhatsApp business phone numbers and related metadata (for example, twilioSubaccountSid, twilioPhoneNumberSid, WABA IDs, whatsappPhoneNumberId and whatsappDisplayPhoneNumber).
- Content of the messages exchanged with your end users via WhatsApp and the information needed to route those messages.
- Usage information and estimated cost per Twilio subaccount (for example, inbound/outbound message counters and approximate costs).
Facebook / Meta
- Data from the public_profile permission (name, profile picture and other public data) required to identify you in the Platform.
- Metadata related to the WhatsApp Business Embedded Signup flow, such as business account IDs or WhatsApp Business IDs associated with your number.
AI model providers
- We send our model providers (for example, OpenAI) the content of messages and the context needed to generate agent responses.
2.4. Billing and subscription data
- Customer and subscription identifiers in Paddle or other payment providers.
- Plan information, subscription status, usage limits and billing cycles.
- Invoice history (amount, currency, status, date). Full card data is processed by payment providers and is not stored directly in our database.
2.5. Affiliate program
- Affiliate codes, referral statistics and generated commissions.
- Data needed to process commission payments (for example, PayPal email or other payment methods you provide).
- Tracking metadata (for example, IP, country, user-agent) to fight fraud and attribute commissions correctly.
3. Purposes of processing
- Provide the main service and allow you to create and manage your AI agents.
- Set up and maintain integrations with Twilio/WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook and other providers for sending and receiving messages.
- Manage plans, usage limits, billing cycles and payment history.
- Improve the service, stability and quality of agent responses.
- Ensure platform security, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
- Respond to support requests and service-related communications.
4. Legal basis
- Performance of a contract when we provide the service you requested.
- Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
- Legitimate interest in maintaining platform security, improving the service and obtaining aggregated usage statistics.
- Consent where required by applicable law (for example, for certain cookies or optional marketing communications).
5. How we share your data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with providers acting as data processors or independent controllers, including:
- Infrastructure and hosting providers.
- Twilio and the WhatsApp Business platform for messaging integrations.
- AI model providers (for example, OpenAI).
- Payment and billing providers, such as Paddle.
- Public authorities or third parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
6. Use of Facebook / Meta data
Regarding Facebook/Meta permissions, including public_profile, we use this data to identify you in the Platform and complete the WhatsApp Business Embedded Signup flows. We do not post content to your timeline or pages without your explicit action.
You can revoke these permissions from your Facebook/Meta account settings at any time; some Service features may stop working after revocation.
7. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active and for additional periods required by law or necessary to defend against potential claims. Certain aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely without directly identifying you.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, you can contact us at [email protected] clearly stating your request.
9. International transfers
Our providers (for example, OpenAI, Twilio, Paddle) may be located in countries different from yours. When we transfer data outside your jurisdiction, we seek to ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.
10. Minors
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 años. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. If you believe a minor has provided us with data without valid consent, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Platform.
