Use of Service

Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity that occurs under your account, including integrations you configure with third parties (for example, Twilio, Meta or AI model providers).

Usage Limitations

You may not use Agents AI for illegal activities, spam, abusive content or any use case that violates the policies of integrated providers (Twilio, Meta, OpenAI, Paddle, etc.).

Changes to the Service

We may update or modify the platform at any time to improve functionality, security or performance, always trying to minimize the impact on your existing integrations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agents AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. We will always try to maintain high availability and protect your data, but no cloud service can guarantee 100% availability.
