This policy describes the cancellation and refund conditions for Agents AI subscriptions.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective from the next billing period. You will retain access to all features of your current plan until the end of the paid period or until you exceed usage limits.

Refund Policy

Due to the consumption-based nature of the service (AI model usage, active integrations, etc.), we do not offer proportional refunds for unused time.

Special Cases

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can contact our support team. We will evaluate each case individually and may offer alternatives or, in exceptional circumstances, a refund.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, processing may take up to 14 business days. The refund method will be coordinated directly with the customer.
