Security and Data Protection
This page describes, at a high level, how we approach platform security and the protection of information we process.
Infrastructure
We use top-tier infrastructure providers to host the application and databases, following security best practices, updates and continuous monitoring.
Access and Authentication
Access to the dashboard requires authentication. We recommend enabling additional security factors whenever available and using strong, unique passwords.
Data and Logs
We only retain data necessary to operate the service, measure usage, billing and observability. We implement internal access controls to limit who can view sensitive data.
External Providers
We work with third parties such as Twilio, Meta, OpenAI, Paddle and infrastructure providers. Each applies its own security measures and regulatory compliance; please also review their policies and terms of service.
Security Incidents
If a relevant security incident is detected, we will investigate the scope, mitigate the impact and, when appropriate, notify affected users according to applicable regulations.
